roast bros. I roasted my Malawi peaberry yesterday. I pushed it a little longer into first crck with a popper. I tried it today since I screwed up my roasting schedule so I only have beans that are 24+ hours old. I tried the Malawi, and it tastes burned and awful, but I didn't adjust my grind setting. am I tasting too soon I'm roasting a new batch today on lower settings. what do you think bros is it salvageable?
