Myself, I prefer cuban style thin steak and fries, which is smothered in really nice shoestring fries, all atop a platter sized stea, with onions and parsley, lots of lime on the side. The steaks are seasoned in a way I really like too.

This, but all fries done well can be enjoyable. Shoestrings, crispy and well done are so enjoyable on a cuban palomilla steak, with some marinated onions nestled under it to soak up all the juices.
