I had to get on vivitrol after a medical detox due to liquor. it's a monster of a drug, people joke about drinking but don't really understand what it does to you if you go hard on it.

I drank last night because I'm a fool, and same the night before. Now I'm starting to sweat and I can tell my blood pressure is up. Sipping some vodka with lime to hopefully stave off a withdrawal episode. The vivitrol helps a lot but it doesn't prevent kindling withdrawal if you're stupid and wind up getting on the sauce again for several days.
