I have wheat, like 2 spoonfuls of butter, a stainless steel pan, and eggs. The eggs are for eating raw, but ngl makes me queasy eating them alone on an empty stomach. Can I make flatbread in my pan with just a spoonful of butter without it sticking? If so, how? This shit needs to last me 2 more days.

So I fancy the idea of making my own tortillas, but I don't fancy the idea of them going stale faster than something I buy at the store. Is it just the nature of the beast that tortillas when homemade go stale really quick?

*takes a half hour to make in your path and only tastes marginally better than just frying store bought tortillas in a little oil*

I still make them occasionally and around the 15 minute mark when I'm rolling them out, I end up thinking "why am i doing this" every time.

Can I just sweat some onions, throw mixed minced meat on it with tomatoes, red kidney beans and corn and simmer it all until it reduces?

How do you fold these things? I tried making burritos before and they kept falling apart.

I tried making handmade flour tortillas today, and while I didn’t fail, I had some issues.
I only have a glass yollingbpin right now, but when I rolled the dough out it thinned out, but immediately stuck like crazy.
Would this be solved by adding less water next time, or was it likely something else...
The only ingredients are flour, salt, oil, and water FYI.
(The photo are NOT mine)

I have the refried beans and a tortilla. But no good cheese. All I have is some shredded chedder and some velveto. Which will taste better in a burrito or will both taste like shit?
