Looks like a Scotsman bastardized the Caws Pobi of the Welsh, pls don't trigger me with that shit. Homemade roasted beef bone and red wine gravy works wonders with haggis, could reduce it to a glaze and use that, though like caws pobi, add an egg to balance out richness and spring onion etc. would actually be a pretty decent sammich.
