There's a very nice Serbian restaurant in DC called Ambar that advertises very clearly at the top of their menu that they have an all you can eat option.
It's legitimately one of the best restaurants in the nation's capital, but if you throw them $50, you can order as much šnicla and pljeskavica and ajvar as you can eat for hours, including free house wine, beer, and cocktails.
