The yolks look like the "pasture raised" eggs that cost like $5 a dozen. They taste way better but fuck if I'm paying that much for eggs when factory eggs are literally 10% of that price.

Pan. Nice and hot. Olive oil (not extra virgin, ya dummy), lots of it. Egg, into the pan. Fry for about 30-45 seconds. Tilt the pan and splash hot oil on top of the yolk to cook it. Serve over toast because shit is gonna be runny.
