I use spray coconut oil for baking and spray olive oil for quesadillas and some other things
i'll also use them to spray over things I roast
don't see anything wrong with it unless you're using the shit oils
also they congeal and don't work in cold environments, which means I don't get to use them december-march in oregon unless I run my heat :(
