This is just surimi, isn't it?
At least half of the ones ITT aren't that bad at all--sneed oils and "Aspic loaves" excluded.
The real horrors are when copy writers for food companies try to shoehorn the product into everyplace where it doesn't belong.
Often it seems like they are trying to trick naive housewives into making these garish concoctions just to get them to buy MORE product than they normally would...
