Help me out, /ck/. In every kitchen I've worked in the past, we pissed in the hand-washing sink to save time during peak hours. But at my new job, we're supposed to piss in one of the dirty stock pots, which gets emptied hourly by the FNG. The problem is the diversity rationale: it's supposed to be "easier for the BOH females." But I was always taught that women should be kept as far as possible from BOH due to their filthy menses. (Technically, in USA it was illegal to have a female in a commercial kitchen before 1967, for good reason.)

Should I compromise piss in the common stockpot, or continue pissing in the handwashing and/or prep sink, which seems more hygienic all around?
