What are some really good blue cheeses? My favorite so far is Shropshire blue. It's like Stilton but is both sharper and creamier and it looks aesthetic. Stilton is great and I also really like Maytag blue (American)

I always hated blue cheese. I hate the smell. I hate the flavor. I hate everything about it.

But I want to appreciate it. I feel like I'm missing out on it

I tried Fourme d'Ambert, Blue Stilton, White Stilton, Gorgonzola, Bleu de Queyras, Huntsman, Shropshire Blue, and Maytag Blue.

At a store, I asked an employee what blue cheese they sell is the weakest, and they said Maytag Blue. They gave me a sample of it, and I even hated that.

How do I get into blue cheese?
