Hey /CK/, just a quick question.

I'm making some chocholate hobnobs and such and I want to make a quick test batch to see how it goes before I make a load later in the month for me and my boyfriend over easter.

Trouble is the local store doesn't sell baking chocholate and I'm wondering if I would be fine to just use some conventional chocholate bars like dairy milk or galaxy or something, or would that be disastrous?
