i mean if you know the basics of seasoning, spices and what food tastes like it's a pretty basic recipe not to mess up. it's a literal sandwich. sorry about your moms, my mom was a chef so i wouldn't know what it feels like to lie about food. if her food tasted bad for her skillset i told her it tastes like shit mom don't make this for me ever again. she either improved it or didn't make it.
