Proper spicy stuff mainly chili con carne, kebab and mexican shit.
Tabasco or habanero tabasco on anything using tomatoes for base, depending on how well it pairs with vinegar or fruit.
Chipotle tabasco on almost anything that pairs well with smokey flavours.
