Completely ran out of ingredients and it's 2am so all the shops are shut. Had to get back to basics...

Simmered chopped garlic, chili flakes and pepper in EVOO for ten minutesishh over a low heat. Stirred the garlicky chili goodness into spaghetti and topped with fresh lemon juice and sea salt.

I can't wait to go home for the holidays and have some actual ingredients to play with...
