Ok, after a night of research I finally decided to ditch the Silvia V6 and other PID machines and settle for a Gaggia Classic Pro because at least it’s way cheaper than the others (399€ vs 575€ of the Silvia and 750€ for other PID machines) and I’m more inclined to learn how to temperature surf without a PID for this amount of money, also it’s way faster than the Silvia to warm up and should last at least 10 years minimum as well.
