Why can't third worlders make their food fucking presentable and appetizing? They always use the dirtiest cuts which they don't clean, they just chuck everything in and cook it, or worse even smash bones and leave them in so you get bone splinters in your food.

First off this only really goes for a few cuisines as most third world cuisines are just refried puke drowned in spices (probably to hide the low quality of the meat), secondly nothing says you can't use something other than fillet but why not fucking clean the meat before dumping it into the pot? Why not just NOT shatter the bone into splinters before throwing it into the pot?

I don't want my dish to look like a charnel house.
