Very very enjoyable. Lightly floral with orange notes. The tiniest bit of wood. Not bitter whatsoever. 4x35 second steeps@<3bar. 5g in 250g out. I probably could have pulled more out of these leaves but the cup was full. Maybe next brew I'll use a gaiwan lid to pour the excess water off the leaves and see how a second set of pulls comes out.
