So every once in a while, you’ll go somewhere and have a bell pepper that makes you say, ‘damn, that is an extremely flavorful pepper!’ and then you find out they’re using the same GFS bell peppers as anyone else. So what’s the deal? Are they cooked with vegetable stock? Brined in some way? How do you season and prepare the bell pepper for maximum flavor?
