>Like, what if you want to sit at one of the tables outside, do you just sit there and wait for someone to come, or do you have to go inside and ask for a table
Some restaurants have clearly visible signs saying "wait to be seated" and a greeters desk.
In those that don't you can usually just sit wherever, but if you want to be polite you look for a waiter/waitress/greeter/bartender that doesn't seem too busy and ask them "excuse me, I fancy that table outside on the patio, can I take it?".

At that point they think "is this guy fucking retarded?" and show you the "please wait to be seated" sign that you completely missed. But no sweat, just smile - looking at them of course - and say "Oh, of course, how silly of me, I must have missed it", and you go to wait there for the greeter who must have left.

Restaurants can be daunting to people not used to them, I get that, but they aren't staffed by demons, just regular people. If you are considerate of them and polite there's absolutely nothing wrong with asking questions if you are not sure. Just don't apologize, you haven't done anything wrong by asking. I always say it's better to ask ten stupid questions than to make one stupid mistake.

>sweated some chopped onions, bell peppers, and garlic in a pan on some butter with salt and pepper
>when tender I added in two Italian sausages, upped the heat, and covered
>toasted a sliced bagel and buttered it
>once the sausages were done moved everything to the side and added two eggs, sprinkled with copped green onion, salt and pepper, covered
>once done slid the two eggs onto the toasted bagels
>sausages together with veggies on the side
>garnished with finely chopped green onion
>some mustard on the side
>a tall glass of water too
I don't usually take pictures of food I make. It was okay, but I didn't like the shitty mustard my airbnb host had in his cupboard. REALLY acidic and not much heat.
