HELP: I used balsamic vinegar for my pickles instead of white, they've been in a fridge for a day, how long do you recon they're good for? 2-3 days?

I like stir frying cabbage in some soy sauce and garlic with other veggies or meats. Of course cabbage takes much longer to cook than other leafy greens.
