Dehydrated vegetables,

Pumpkin
Carrot
Red Onion
Kale
Green Bell Pepper
Cherokee Tomato
Sunchoke
Agaricus bisporus (white "pizza" mushrooms/portobello)

I powdered everything with a coffee grinder set to "fine". I now use it in all my soups, stews, and lots of my baked goods. Adding it to dough for things like cheddar cheese, garlic biscuits or whole grain breads makes them amazing.

Also, godly as a seasoning and I use it on almost everything that is good with some peppery spice.

Basically, for that noodle image set, I tossed the flavoring packet and used PHS and the dehydrated veggies instead. Marchuran brand ramen noodles.

This is what I did with my peppers. The non-hots I just dehydrated and add to soups and stews. The hots I dried, broke up, and ran though a coffee grinder and use as a seasoning for tons of stuff. It is awesome.

Here's what I did with my home grown Hungarian Wax Peppers. They finally dried out in the dehydrator. I crushed in a mortar and pestle then milled them in a coffee grinder. I now have 2 bottles of hot pepper seasoning and a wee tiny amount of crushed trinidad moruga scorpion pepper. I'm still waiting for the other scorpions and ghosts to dry out.

>inhaling scorpion pepper powder dust = +100 to manliness

My nose has never been so clear.
