Any advice for recovering from food poisoning? The worst is over and I'm fucking starving yet still queesy. Have some probiotics and brat diet stuff around. Really want a steak but should I just make a huge bowl of oats with flax?

Someone tell these assholes to stop trying to push their factory slop. I liked vegetarian foods on occasion before this shit started. Sometimes a black bean burger was pretty damn tasty and I had the liberty of putting bacon on it. If I wanted. I used to get the veggie patties at Subway because they were made with real veggies and were tasty.
