What is some good Jewish cuisine?

What do you eat for breakfast?

I usually just eat a bagel with cream cheese or making a bagel sandwich with some cheese and an egg with a banana on the side with almond milk.

So, I made some plain bagels. And, while the consistency and everything is right...the taste is just boring. I did bump the salt up a little bit from the recipe I used, but goddamn. What a boring bagel. I want to keep the flavors neutral-ish because I'm going to be using it with cream cheese, cured salmon, pickled red onions and capers. But I want the bagel to be good on its own, too.

Any tips?

Hi /ck/, how can I eat a bagel? Should I just eat it on its own? Or should I add mayonnaise, corn, fish, ketchup and mustard? Or maybe some box cereal and pork floss? I also have some carrots and potatoes, if they go well with bagels. Please give me some advice because I am new to bagels.
