After finally moving out, my recipe repertoire has shrunken dramatically. Cooking for one person is a completely different game than cooking for a family, and I've basically been reduced down to a handful of dinners.

>Rice+Canned Tuna (soy sauce+scallions+radishes)
>Rice+Teriyaki Chicken (and onions+peppers)
>Rice+Canned Chili
>Pasta+Chicken (and jarred Alfredo Sauce)
>Chicken Fajitas (and onions+peppers), also used to make Quesadillas
>Ramen+Chicken (scallions+radishes)

And a side salad of lettuce, peppers, radishes, scallions, and tomatoes with Italian dressing if there's not enough vegetables in the main dish.

I used to cook long, time-consuming dishes like Hunters's Stew, Chicken Tikka Masala, and even used to do a bit of baking, but now it's a basic rotation of six dinners, with most dinners lasting three days. It's mostly out of laziness, and since I'm not cooking for anyone except myself I just make what I think tastes good, but I'm scared of getting stuck in a rut.

There's a world of recipes out there, but most of them are dumb "add avocado and honey to your oatmeal" slideshows or "I hope you put aside six hours to make some wet garbage" meals, so I'm wondering what all the other bachelors have in their rotation of meals.
