McDonald's is good, in the sense that it's nostalgic for me, I know it'll always be there, and it'll always be the same (as far as my taste buds can tell).

I can go to a McDonald's and be transported back to my youth, when I was getting two cheeseburgers and small fries from the nearest McD's for $2.52 with money earned from my part -time job as a data entry clerk (sweet office job for a high school kid when it seemed like everyone I knew was working in food service).

Same meal every time, eaten at home with a big pool of Heinz ketchup for dipping both the fries and the burgers. I used to remove the pickles, but over time I grew to like them.

Ahh, McDonald's. Never change. I'd actually like to see them play up this angle in commercials, but I know it'll never happen.
