Why do you guys insist on calling it banh mi? Why can't you just call it a breadroll or a fob roll. God damn it.

Some melbfags from fitzroy will know what I'm talking about, there's this bakery on Smith street that used to make fob rolls but got really popular 3 years ago for actually making westernized bread rolls. They taste so much better.
The boss (who's an old friend of my mum) went to go learn some baking tricks at a school, which led him to making the best baguette.
I had it yesterday but didn't take a photo, it was thin and crisp to the bite. The inside was fluffy and the outside was shiny and golden brown.
This baguette was not like the usual ones you would get at any generic fob roll stores.
