You're being safe OP, using the board for meat last, but it requires some thinking ahead about your prep. I am very often minced some herbs at the end of my cooking, so it's hard for me.

Supplement your good wooden board with the 4 pack of thin, flexible, plastic cutting boards so you always have a clean one at the ready. They go nicely into the dishwasher on the sides or on top of the top rack too. Your dishwasher powder has a small bit of bleach in it, and also steam sanitizing at the end. It's good enough. I wouldn't bleach a wood board, just dilute rinse water with it, and a full dry out if you cut something gross like fish.
