If a person has a good business strategy a bank will loan to them no matter what colour they are, it's called capitalism and it doesn't discriminate.

Blacks now have the advantage over everyone else and still, they fuck it up. My company has been basically dragging black people off the street to look good on the equal opportunity scale, the thing is they have to drag even more blacks in to replace them because they're shit and always late. They mostly just employ half-caste now.
