You do know that scotch denotes whisky (note the lack of an "e" in the word you bellend) which originates from Scotland. Hint: Jameson is from Dublin. If you want a sweet dram, not necessarily in a bourbon kind of way, try some Speyside.
Been more interested about whisky with a maritime character lately. I have pic related but it is not on the level of the (sadly discontinued) Bowmore Laimrig. Please recommend some mid-range whiskies which could hit the mark.
