So these IgG antibody tests are basically as reliable as a deciding what you're allergic to by drawing names out of a hat.
A scratch test is /slightly/ better, but still basically just fucking magic.
I have an insanely severe allergy to eggs and my most recent scratch test came back negative for egg, twice.
Literally the next day was mistakenly given something with eggs and got real sick.
The main way to actually figure out what's making you feel like shit is an elimination diet.
There's whole rabbit holes you can fall down regarding those, some people say they had to stick to a reduced diet for up to six months before they could safely start reintroducing stuff.
I have my doubts about that. I did an elimination diet for 6 weeks and wanted to blow my brains out. So good luck.
