Apparently this guy came to Kentucky because lamb was such a bizarre food. Maybe how it's made?
It's something every serious Kentuckian has had at some point or more in their lives though but doesn't think too much on.
Spent my whole life here and I've never even seen a lamb in person that I can remember.

The only other bbq on your map I could settle down with would probably be Kansas. Beef is very difficult to authenticate with barbecue and I sometimes wish I was a munchkin peeping up Dorothy's dress copping feels.
