Hey /ck/
I've only just recently started cooking regularly, i used to make stuff when i felt like it but never regularly, I mostly only eat ready meals, instant noodles and cheap takeaway.

I've been making some Eggs with skinless sausages (or bacon) with a side of bread with cream cheese and chasing it down with orange juice. It's been really great and it's probably my favorite breakfast and it's only $1.15 per meal which is even cheaper than the $2 per ready meal which is great.

But i need variety, i can only switch between the above and Porridge and ready meals for so long before it gets really depressing.

So, what can a lazy person who doesn't care about cooking make when all they have at their disposal is one small skillet, something really cheap?
Something that's a simple traditional meal with meat main and a simple side?

Something not asian, without rice preferably. I mostly like Italian, American and Russian cuisines.
What about non-breakfast meals? Can you make tacos on the cheap in a pan? What about a burrito?
