Turned on tv and randomly came across alton brown good eats episode from 2004. Really nice feel and just watching for 5 minutes learned some stuff about toasters. Was/is this considered a good cooking show? Any others you recommend to someone that doesn't watch cooking shows? I also remember watching a few videos of this asian guy who used a wok for everything and thinking it was really funny but can't remember his name.
