From my latest recipe thread!

I guess I should post a "money shot", heh. I made this for lunch with my employees tomorrow but couldn't resist eating a bit tonight.

Of course the delivery vehicle is entirely your choice. In lettuce leaves, a pita, a wrap, straight up in a bowl, whatever! My personal favorite is as pictured . . . toasted bread with a nice spread of mustard on one side, fresh greens (baby spinach leaves are my choice), and then a generous portion of the chicken salad.

Nom. Enough said!
