this this this this this. OP watch out for the anti vegan shills. if you have a nutritionally balanced vegan diet you can absolutely eat vegan and be healthy. it absolutely has to be nutritionally balanced though, so you will have to do some research.

I eat lots of beans, nuts, seeds, lettuce, fruits, vegetables.

protein from beans, hemp, lentils etc.

for b12 you can go to wholefoods and get a food based b12 supplement.

ask your doctor before doing anything though.
