Something stupid on American menus.
Its easier for some minimum wage illegal spic to make than the superior twice baked potato skins, and some food photographer can easily make it "look" good.
Its a menu item for shitty restaurants. Absolutely nobody makes this at home because there are better options using the same ingredients.
