Ok here's the selection. One second from right is one of my own making. Carrots, scotch bonnets, garlic, vinegar, salt and water. Quite thick but plenty spicy and is a really good dipper. The one on the furthest right is one that another boater gave me. Similar recipe but he used habaneros and fermented it instead. Much thinner but works well with eggs and as a drizzle. Think it's hotter than mine too.
