the objectively best way to have eggs:
for sandwiches, toast or on burgers: fried with yolk mostly cooked, but not completely
on top of hashbrowns:
fried with yolks mostly runny
omlettes are the only other way to consume eggs by themselves
scrambled eggs are for heathens and degenerates

Fuck you, duck is one of the best things you'll ever eat if prepared correctly.

Get a quality breast from your specialty grocer. Score the skin or prick it with a fork. Start the duck skin side-down in a cold pan, like bacon, so it doesn't curl. Sear it in both sides until medium rare.

Any more than that and it loses its character.

Eat that thing and witness the most underrated meat in America.

Also, duck confit is delicious, look it up.
