I’m assuming Canadian Icewine is made using the same technique as German Eiswein?
I think it’s tasty. But it’s insanely rich. Like I wouldn’t want to drink more than a shotglass-amount or two, and even then I’d slowly sip it while eating something less sweet to cut it a bit as >>18204598 suggested.
Pic related, 8 years laying in my cabinet. I’ll eventually get around to drinking it. But now it almost feels like I should make it a “special occasion” thing.
