There is nothing wrong with digesting and absorbing the food you eat more than one time. You absorb more nutrients from the same food and thus is more efficient. Plus all the flora from your stool is your flora, so it won't make you sick. You can't debunk this rationally, all everyone says when I bring this up is "it's le gross".
