Canola oil is industrial waste. I don't know why, it doesn't seem to make sense because the fatty acid profile looks healthy. But anyone who is sensitive to inflammatory foods easily observes that canola triggers inflammation. BTW saturated fat is not always unhealthy.

How can you even type those words without realizing how ignorant they are? It's sold so much because it's cheap. There is no planet in the solar system where something is cheap and plentiful because it is good and healthy.

Oops forgot to finish that part. Sometimes products have dextrose as a preservative, it's a miniscule amount don't worry about it. If you are trying to lose weight count calories.
More things to eat: Wasabi almonds. Lucky Spoon cereal is good.

- What's your net carb limit you are using? Some sources insist you have to keep them stupid low but you don't. Up to 50 net carbs a day can work. Almost everyone eats way too many carbs. Don't be a purist, even if you eat too many carbs one day, less is better than more.

Realistically you won't be able to lift as much, but unless you are competing in the Olympics who cares? Or take some creatine and DHEA, other supplements to help.

Mission brand torillas. Edamame pasta. Or suck it up and deal, it builds character. Focus on the good things you can eat like barbecue brisket and low-carb veggies swimming in garlic butter. A keto diet reduces appetite and cravings anyway.

- Again, season your food, it's very important for staying on the diet long term. Hot sauce, mustard, horse radish, smoked paprika, roasted sesame oil, peppers, ginger, all kinds of dry spices mixes are great for changing things up so you don't feel deprived.

The fish at my supermarket that look like your pic are already scaled and gutted. I just rub them down with jerk seasoning and pop them into the oven.
One time though I got a bag of little frozen whole sardines, it was very annoying scaling and gutting all of them. Fish like those, don't worry about it, see the cuts on the bottom? They are already cleaned and gutted.
