This is the thing that bugs me about these super expensive, super exclusive Michelin star sushi restaurants. It was fucking street food and literally anybody can put fish on rice. You do it a little bit better, Jiro but the whole thing is snooty as fuck.

Also get the fuck out with the whole "rice is the most important ingredient in sushi". I don't think we nuked those Jap cunts hard enough last time.

ITT: Share things you learned as an employee of the food or service industry. I'll start with one that's probably well known but deserves to be.

Grocery stores always put the foods that are about to expire at the top front of the shelves. They call this "rotating". They do it so retards who don't check expiry dates buy food that's about to go bad so the store can still make money on it. If you want the brand new food that was just shipped in recently, always take from the bottom and back of the shelf. The new foods are always put behind the old foods.

Watched a video of a dude eating a ration that was 40 years old on YouTube. Seeing as how MREs are pretty heavily preserved and likely rot-deterrent I think you'll be okay, if you're out just for a while.

Never heard of this guy (as I don't keep up with the youtube blogs of random jack-offs), but after watching the episode in question it's clear that it's not a legitimate "walk-off". I don't believe he's sincerely upset, and the bullshit he spews about feeding frozen garbage to kids would be believable if that wasn't what his entire youtube channel was about. It's obviously staged and just a publicity stunt (if you can even call it that).
