Im on my second year raising ducks. Pretty good. Very messy. Very hard to pluck. Lot less destructive than chickens.

Remove the meat. Take the carcass and make chicken stock. They put the leftover Meat and stock and slow cook it until it falls apart. Mix that with bbq sauce and use it in a sandwich or over rice.

Next time change up the steps. Mix the flownr and butter together. Add more salt. Then mix in the water. Mix it a few more times to make some gluten. Then whalla tortillas. I make them for breakfast with a fried egg, garden lettuce, and last years hotsauce.

I dont have a big enough knife to do i quickly. They pass out very fast this way.
Well chickens do. Ive never processed a duck before.
