>As I get closer can read the menu
>Realize something's off
>The menu is backwards for how you order the goddamn thing
>Getting closer to the cashier
>Still can't get over the fact the menu is backwards
>You can still order it but it shouldn't be laid out the way it is
>Get to cashier to order
>Ask for a water, not settled on what I want
>"You can just skip the line and ask for water you know"
>"You know the menu is laid out backwards and you'd have to order backwards if you've never been here before right"

>They get the manager out to talk to me
>I didn't ask for this
>Manager wants to understand how it's backwards
>Tell them to look at it, and give an example order based on other customers orders I'm hearing
>then tell them to look at the menu
>They realize the problem instantly
>They've worked there for 10 years
>The only one they've ever had mention this was me
>I never decided on what I wanted
I've only ever ordered water at a Starbucks. I had no ice.
