Look for raw chicken. Then put it in flour. I think those were literally just thawed, raw chicken tenders I dredged in flour mixed with garlic salt, pepper and cayenne. I pan fry them in an inch of oil.

I'd get breast meat and cut it into strips instead of tenders, because they're more versatile and about $2 cheaper per pound. They do sell pic related, though.

Garlic salt, or garlic powder and salt, and a pinch of cayenne is almost a requirement for the flour if you ask me.

I would just buy breast meat
