Yeah that’s definitely a thing with it, try to eat the rolls that contain high protein and calories. Like eel, crab, shrimp, lobster, tuna, yellowtail etc. vegetable rolls will never fill you up, not saying the ones with meat are gonna keep you full however you’ll be satisfied for longer. It’s definitely something for dinner so you can sleep it off. I’ve been eating it for years and I’ve tried many varieties so there’s a lot of factors, depends on the restaurant and the size of all six/eight rolls.
