Depends on how many people you plan on feeding, but get both OP. Doesn't matter the brand I think theres 1 factory in china making all of them. But I have on and can easily fit a small tri-tip, a bunch of burgers, I can even fit my cast iron pan in each hood, but sear on the side burner.
