Now, as a rule, I NEVER get seafood entrees from any chain restaurant. Only local, and only good local at that. If it's a seafood chain, I try not to go there, or in the case of Red Lobster I just eat the biscuits.

I went to a steakhouse and when we were being seated (me and my gf) the girl said "enjoy your dinner" and I said "you too". I like to think in some way that I subconsciously did it on purpose.

At least my gf didn't hear me, but I did have to walk by the hostess on the way out.

So, truth is, I want to get to drinking, but I'm all dried up except for a two-months old box of rosé wine. My question is: is this bad? My initial guess would be not. On multiple occasions I've tried stuff way past expiration, but most of that was sealed. I've checked that there's no visible mold growing, and a preliminary tasting confirms it as no more foul than it used to be. Is it safe to drink or not?
