My mom leaves raw meats out in room temperature for hours before cooking them because it's apparently "easier to cook" that way.
She also thaws frozen meat by leaving it in room temperature overnight.
Then yells at me when I put it in the fridge.
I'm still surprised none of us are in the hospital for food poisoning
